Family Sunday October

For a different morning with the family, the Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis proposes activities that move from the long-term exhibition to the outside and to other spaces of the Museum, namely the gardens. An opportunity to participate, experience and create memories.

Workshop A handful of objects
Metals, sands, clays, stones, vegetable substances and many other materials exhibit, after being worked, human creativity and aesthetic nature. In the long-term exhibition we observe objects that enchant us and learn about the stories that convey them. Full of inspiration, we then build an object that will contain the surprise we experienced. When we leave, we carry a mobile in our hands and new ideas in our minds.
